How much of our lives do we surrender to screens without realizing it? Dino Ambrosi challenges us to rethink our connection to technology and offers practical approaches for developing healthier digital behaviors.
As founder of Project Reboot, Ambrosi specializes in helping teens and young adults build empowering relationships with their devices. During his time at UC Berkeley, he developed "Becoming Tech Intentional," a course that attracted over 60 students who collectively reduced their daily screen time by more than three hours on average. Following his graduation in May, he expanded his mission beyond campus, working with more than 500 students and parents through school presentations, workshops, and consulting. His work focuses on illuminating the addictive design of our devices, fostering meaningful dialogue about digital wellness, and equipping people with actionable tools for healthier tech habits.
