Social media literacy course

This interactive course provides a comprehensive roadmap for young people ages 13-25 to navigate and reform the broken social media environment. Combining expertise in technology, mindfulness, and education, it offers units with questions and activities that can be completed individually, in groups, or in classroom settings. While each unit stands alone, the full curriculum is most effective when used together, empowering youth and educators to understand social media's challenges and advocate for a more humane, sustainable, and equitable digital future.
